In this episode, I spend time with Mark Neas, the Chief Sales Officer at EmployBridge.

Mark prides himself on being a father and coach and shares that being a parent is the most important and most challenging role in his life.

Mark talks about the importance of mental health and why it is so essential to disconnect, to say “no” sometimes, and build boundaries.

Mark also talks about healthy ways to step away when needed, how to protect your energy and other ways to avoid burnout. Mark does a wonderful job talking about the various aspects of burnout and how building a close community of people who know the real you has made a significant impact on his life.
