In this episode, I spend time with Jon Neff, the Chief Central Solutions Officer here at EmployBridge. Jon, a native of New Orleans, shares his story as a former CPA with a diverse taste in music, a penchant for coffee and Star Wars, and enthusiasm for life.
If there is one thing he’d want everyone to know, it’s about the importance of family. He met his wife in the fifth grade. His wonderful relationship with his wife is just one example he has of the importance of making meaningful connections with people. But how do you form healthy and strong relationships, especially after the pandemic? For Jon, it all comes down to intentionality; frequent, real-time communication; and being present. This is how we grow as individuals, as a company, and as a society.
