In this episode, I spend time with Billy Milam, the new CEO of EmployBridge. We do a deep dive into what motivates him, how he defines his purpose and his interesting history with Hootie and the Blowfish. Billy gets his motivation and his inspiration from being around people and watching them grow and develop. Whether it’s his family or his colleagues, he gets his energy from helping people and seeing them thrive.
